Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal and keep access through your paid period. Purchases will be non-refundable except where the law or Lemon Squeezy’s terms provide otherwise. Sales are not open.

Before launch

Sales and public downloads are not open. This page describes the planned paid offer so you can review it in advance. It does not start a subscription or replace the terms of an existing private beta. The applicable license terms and cancellation policy will be presented when paid purchases become available.

Try Culltivar before buying

Culltivar offers a seven-day trial without a payment card. The trial does not charge you or automatically create a subscription. Test your cameras, photos and computer during the trial; a paid purchase is separate.

Cancel renewal

A paid subscription is billed annually at $20 USD plus applicable tax at launch. It renews annually until cancelled. You can cancel the next renewal in the Lemon Squeezy billing portal linked from your purchase email. Cancelling keeps access through the end of the annual period you have already paid for and stops the next renewal. Cancellation does not refund the current year or its unused portion. Keep the cancellation confirmation and check the paid-through date shown in your subscription details.

If you cannot access the portal, contact help@culltivar.com for help. We will verify purchase ownership. Cancellation help must not require using your remaining device activation or keeping the old computer.

Refund policy

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or Lemon Squeezy issues a refund under its own terms, purchases and annual renewals are non-refundable. We do not offer voluntary full or partial refunds for a change of mind, cancellation, an accidental renewal or an unused subscription period. Use the seven-day cardless trial to check your photos, cameras and computer before purchasing.

This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or undelivered software. It does not prevent reporting duplicate or unauthorized charges or other billing errors. Contact help@culltivar.com with your order number and purchase email for billing or consumer-rights requests. You do not need to send your photos or card details.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and retains its own authority to issue refunds and handle disputes under its refund rules, including refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. If a refund is issued, it returns through the payment provider; payment-method and bank processing time can vary. Any tax adjustment is handled by the provider.

What happens to the app

A full refund revokes licensed paid access when the app next successfully validates or its existing offline allowance expires, subject to finishing an already admitted editing session. It does not delete or hide your photos, exports or XMP files. Browsing remains available. After a refund, a new paid purchase needs a new valid entitlement; replaying an old purchase notification does not restore the refunded license.
